One Friday Off a Month

We’re working towards a four-day week, starting by taking every third Friday off a month.

Fully Remote & Flexible Hours

Thanks to async communication, you can choose when and where you work within the United States.

Flexible PTO

Take the time you need, when you need it. You also get PTO on your birthday, federal holidays, and we're closed Dec 24 - Jan 1 (plus every third Friday off).

Employee Stipends

$750 to set up your remote office in addition to a MacBook, $250 quarterly to use towards whatever makes you most productive, and $1,500 annually for Learning & Development.

Interview Stages

Initial Screen

25 min video call to learn about your background and share more about the role and Enigma.

Founder Interview

25 min video interview with our Founder & CEO.

Technical Assessment or Work Samples

50 min live assessment for technical candidates. We will prep you on what to expect before the session. For non-technical candidates, we’ll ask you to provide previous work samples relevant for your role.

Advisor Interview

25 min call with one of our advisors. This stage will not apply to everyone.

Reference Calls

We will contact 2-3 of your provided references.

Final Interview

50 min final interview to meet additional team members and go over any final questions we have for you or you have for us.

Offer

We’ll send an offer and give you time to review and ask questions.

Background Check

Due to dealing with sensitive information on behalf of our clients, all employees are required to do a standard background check.
