How we work

Async-first
We are async-first, meaning we default to async work using internal tools while holding a small number of recurring, impromptu, and social gatherings synchronously.
With kindness
Kindness, to us, is a willingness to make ourselves temporarily uncomfortable for the betterment of someone else. We do this while being respectful, speaking honestly, and assuming positive intent.
Continuous feedback
Everyone is empowered and encouraged to give colleagues and leadership quick, actionable, and constructive feedback.
Fully remote & distributed
We don't have a physical space. Work anywhere in the US as long as you have access to the tools you need to be productive.
